Insurance loss adjustor coming today to query claim that heavy snow moved the Hoffman's conservatory roof, leaving a half an inch gap for torrential rain fall.  Fingers crossed that all will go well and Hoffman doesn't have to claim for a new floor due to rain damage... Also boiler needs repair. That joy for tomorrow afternoon. Is it time to Hoffman Menagerie to move peut-etre? Should it be done before or after transition to Hoffman tribe?
